Hey There
I am deeply passionate about sharing the transformational properties of movement in an accessible way.

My classes aim to inspire students to explore the power of both inner and outer practices to support our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states. I offer opportunities to move outside of the comfort zone followed by moments of reflection. I enjoy weaving elements of playfulness into the practice and show students a path of enquiry and discovery.
About
- Annika -
I aim to facilitate my classes so that movement can be a positive force in my students lives, regardless of skill set, age or background.
Movement is not only vital for our physical functions but also a neccessity for our mental and emotional health.

I believe Mindful Movement and a healthy body & mind are the very door to a more meaningful and purposeful experience of life.

After my Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Bodhi, Bath) and Executive Coaching Accreditation, I now aim to be a post-man for truthful living, helping others connect to their Joy and weave ancient and internal practices into our modern lives.

I long to be truly present, courageous, alive and peaceful and aim to sequence my classes so to guide students in learning new skills while creating space for individuality.
